We collect only the four fields in our enquiry form and any files you choose to send us. We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or dates of birth through this website.

We use your information for four purposes only: identifying the correct bearing, issuing a quotation, arranging shipment and handling after-sales issues. We do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry or order.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with logistics providers, and only when they need it to deliver your order. They receive your name, contact number and delivery details, and nothing more.

If the law requires us to disclose information, we will disclose only what is legally required.

We protect enquiry data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, and we keep it only as long as the enquiry, order and any after-sales follow-up need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Records we no longer need are deleted, or kept only where accounting or legal obligations require it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send the request from the email address or WhatsApp number you used in your enquiry so we can find your records.
